Collective Medicine Circle

You are the medicine. We are the medicine.
Community is the medicine. Connection is the medicine.

A weekly gathering for self-care and connection.

Thursdays, February 8th - 29th

Gathering Online, 6:00 - 7:15 pm, pst

You’re invited to our Winter Collective Medicine Circle

Let’s gather. Let’s carve out one hour a week to gather, ground, share, learn, laugh, and connect.

Let’s set an intention to center ourselves. We are witnessing so much suffering in the world today. Some is so near, felt in our bodies, and some far, felt in our hearts. Our nervous systems are on high alert. Our analyzing minds are overwhelmed.

Let’s gather to set an intention to regulate our nervous systems, make space for our emotions to be held, remember joy by practicing gratitude. Ground and center our bodies in the present moment of spacious awareness. Let’s be in communion with each other, our dear community. Let’s hold each other energetically as we navigate the joys and sorrows of life. Let’s teach each other how to ride the waves.

I will hold space for all of this intention in our circle. I will guide meditations, share stories and poetry, lead grounding exercises to ease anxiety and reduce stress. I will encourage you to bring your medicine, your wisdom, your questions, anxieties, joys, compassion, sadness, yourself, as you are. Every bit of my body and soul needs this circle of support and this time to refill my cup. Do you?

Deep wisdom is shared in community. Let’s gather with the intention of inner and outer peace.

Let’s gather for the benefit of ourselves and for the ripple that will flow out as we each bring this collective medicine to every life we touch near and far.

I’m setting aside 4 weeks to be in this collective medicine circle with you. And I can’t wait.

Collective Medicine Circle

Thursdays Feb 8 - 29, 6pm, online

I’m a mindfulness-based integrative coach with 20 years of teaching experience and a decade of personal & trained mindfulness and meditation practice. I will be sharing the eastern Buddhist philosophy and practices of mindfulness that have been passed down from teacher to student for over 2500 years. My predominant teachers are Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield and Sebene Selassie.
Loving awareness and meditation practices have had a profound positive affect on me and my healing. I often refer to them as the lifeline that got me through traumatic brain injuries, chronic illness and have greatly influenced all of my relationships, including how I relate to myself. The transformative, positive effect of this lifelong practice is one which I feel called to share with others, so that they too might be touched by the two wings of mindfulness; wisdom and compassion.

Hi, I’m your facilitator,
Erica Skone-Rees.
